“I am Constance Greene,” came the small but determined voice.
Note: In 1914-1916 when Tibet was forbidden to foreigners Alexandra David-Neel, a Belgian-French explorer, trespassed in. Constance in this book could have been inspired by Neel's adventures. More about Neel here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexandra_David-Néel
stunningly rich and complex image: a bright green
Note: While this book is a work of fiction the authors do a great job of bringing in Tibetan mysticism. I've done a lot of research for my own work in these areas and admire how P&C offer just enough information without making the reader suffer from "information dumps."
