If we extrapolate this range to the U.S. population as a whole, which is approximately 300 million at the time of this writing, then Pagans currently number between 1.2 and 1.5 million people. Interestingly, this means that Pagans now equal or exceed the number of Hindus at 0.4%, and are approaching the number of Muslims at o.6% and Buddhists at 0.7%. Paganism has clearly come into its own as a religious presence in the United States.
Note: from the book ChristoPaganism
Imagine a teacher saying to her student, "Johnny, I am very concerned because the paper you handed in greatly resembles Suzi's paper from last semester. I can see you changed some bits here and there, but the majority of it is just like Suzi's." Johnny says, "Teacher, the serpent of evil went back in time to last semester and implanted my paper into Suzi's mind in order to create this problem for me today." If you were the teacher or Johnny's parent what would you say to his answer?
Note: yeah?
